At RTI CABINETS™, we strive for complete satisfaction with your cabinetry project and offer a comprehensive return process for unused, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and installed units are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the necessary shipping documentation.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage all items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to ensure they remain protected from damage during the return transit.
Shipment and Logistics
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship the items back to our central distribution warehouse via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned cabinetry for resale quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
